Ryan had a wonderful sense of humor
and is remembered by his friendly smile. He was renowned for living
life the way he wanted saying, "I need tar, that can wait."
Ryan loved the camaraderie within the bikers and he was always out
for a bit of craic with his friends and innocent laughs.
A month or so before he was tragically
killed he was on a bike run and crashed into a tree resulting in
a huge gash in his knee. As he lay there in the hedge he said, "never
again, it's not worth it" then he leaned over and looked at
the bike and said, "you know them forks aren't to bad, I might
get away with it.
Ryan was so good natured, he always
kept petrol in his bike or car in case someone needed him in an
emergency. He always went out of his way to help anyone. Ryan was
a superb uncle to his nephew and niece and spent evenings entertaining
them which they still talk about.
